The Journey begins
Hi, I’m Zaina, a therapist, a mother, and a doctoral student walking in purpose.
With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and dual Master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, my passion for healing is both academically grounded and deeply personal. I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in psychology, continuing a journey rooted in service, growth, and heart-centered care.
I bring several years of internship and field experience into my work, offering a holistic and compassionate approach to individuals navigating emotional challenges, transitions, and trauma. My training includes faith-based counseling techniques that honor both the clinical and spiritual dimensions of healing, helping clients from all walks of life rediscover peace, purpose, and clarity.
As a mother and counselor, I understand the complexities of modern life and the silent weight so many carry. My mission is simple: to create a safe space where truth can be spoken, healing can begin, and lives can shift, one honest conversation at a time.
